Just introducing myself
Hey guys!
After doing much research and lurking on these boards for quite some time I decided to go for it! I figured I have nothing to lose, only something to gain :)
Right now I’m just doing the newbie routine, 2 days on 1 day off, only on my second day so I’m gonna try to keep that up for a month then my plan is to buy a stretcher (like fast size or similar) and wear that for 2 hours then jelq for 20 min and do 50-100 kegels for 2 days on 1 day off, does that sound like a good program?
