Hey guys!

After doing much research and lurking on these boards for quite some time I decided to go for it! I figured I have nothing to lose, only something to gain :)

Right now I’m just doing the newbie routine, 2 days on 1 day off, only on my second day so I’m gonna try to keep that up for a month then my plan is to buy a stretcher (like fast size or similar) and wear that for 2 hours then jelq for 20 min and do 50-100 kegels for 2 days on 1 day off, does that sound like a good program?

Best to keep that money in your pocket for a while. Why spend money to do something that you can do free. Unless your hands, arms and grip is extremely weak, I don’t think you should buy a stretcher just yet. Do manual stretches until you gain no more from it. Start off with about 10-20 minutes of stretching and 10 minutes of jelqing to start out. Increase your jelq time gradually.

Just a suggestion as another ‘newbie’, but I was frustrated with manual stretching and thought of buying a stretcher. My frustration was maintaining a quality grip, as my hand would slide. I read in the manual about using latex gloves, and I had a pack of the thin disposable gloves from Home Depot I had used for painting. Tried them and it was a dramatic improvement in grip. Now manual stretching is much easier for me.
