Well, I’m sad I missed this challenge, but I will definitely be in for the next one. And yes, there will be another one for sure. Count on it.

My month was up yesterday but I measured today. I will not count this measurement since I can not take a picture of my measurement (away for the weekend without camera.). Anyway, looks like I have gained between 2 and 4mm! I am going home this evening so I will confirm and prove this with a picture then. If this is true then it will be my first gain in a very long time!

Took 4 measured photos just now.. No change in BPEL. My gains for the July-August-challenge: 0.

Also, in addition to that, you could do what Kingpole suggested to me, take green tea supps. It has worked well for me and I havent been taking it regularly. My fatpad dropped from about 1.25-1.1 to about 0.90-0.80. 0.7 sometimes.

One week, this is the final stretch. I haven’t done my PE in 4 days, I better do it tonight.

Ok it’s the 19th and I started on the 19th so:

Then: 6.875 x 5.5
Now:7.0625 x 5.5

Only a 0.1875 inch gain in length.

Ok so I had a bunch of missed time due to different reasons(hand injury is one). I still managed to gain an 1/8 inch in length and a noticeable, but probably negligible amount of girth(I can definitely feel the difference in my penis).

And by the way, definitely set up another one soon, they really help.

Length: 4 1/2 in. -> 4 7/8 in. (Gain 3/8 in.)

Girth: no change


6/24/07: BPEL - 4.5", EG - 3.5"

5/28/08: BPEL - 5.063", EG - 3.5"

Goal: BPEL - 7", EG - 4.5"

Nice to see some gains guys! I have yet to measure, till tomorrow!!!!!

Well I was not able to gain anything this month as my time to do routines was limited at best. I was still able to get a few sessions in, but nothing that was steady. :( Let that be a lesson for you all, be consistent!

I did not gain anything. This was probably do to the fact I did find a routine I liked until midway through. Oh well I have a routine now and I can stick with it for another month to see how it works. I like these challenges, they are a great way to keep consistant.

Hey everyone. Hate to carry the trend, but I am posting a whopping zip for gains :) . I feel I was working it too hard, and so ended up taking a mini decon break. Oh well, I guess it was nice to see I didn’t lose anything I guess. I’ll get there one day though…..
