I’ve got high hopes on being able to increase my girth because I’m definitely larger in the clamp, but I’m not sure when it will correlate to true gain. As far as BPEL, 6.5” is really good but NBPEL is god awful and that’s something I should really be working on it. Seriously, all I want is a 6” NBPEL by a 5.25” Girth. I’m missing way more than an inch in fat pad and I could gain an entire inch from losing wait. I’m basically there, I just have to shed all this baggage, I just don’t have the will.
Try running 3 times a week for 30 mins. Let it build in to a habit than work to whatever else you want to achieve. If you want it bad enough, it will happen Springer.
