That’s what I ended up doing, and I only picked on you because I read the post of your right above mine.

Also, I’m going to add more kegels, I realized that isn’t enough. The entire routine takes about 75 minutes and I’m liking it so far. Only problem so far is the shaft at the base is sore after all this stretching, jelqing, clamping, and shaving too!

That is good. Girth is fudamental IMO.

Well I’m in a bit of a rut. Im on vacation now, and I am living with people in a relatively small place so privacy is a problem. So I am splitting my routine length workout in the morning, girth at night, whenever I seem to have enough time I do all one time. I feel sorry for the guys who have the privacy problems. I dont know how you guys do it.

Glad to have you on board. Better late then never I’d say! Keep it up guys. Don’t forget to take rest days, as I can GUARANTEE you it will help you with your growth. Often beginners feel if they do it just a little bit more, then they will get even more gains. Not only can too much slow your gains, it can hurt your unit, and then you are practically moving backwards as you will have to take a BIG break. Try and find the time to do it, and give yourself an honest effort for a whole month. I’m hoping to see lots of first time gains from people. Today was my rest day, so nothing to report really (Nobody mention quantified gains till the whole challenge is up please). Tomorrow I get back to it :) .

Hey, it’s good to see so many people come out for the challenge this time :) . This could be the beginning of a future trend ;) .

I haven’t done much PE while I was away, but coming back home to see the response for this challenge has indeed re-motivated me ;) .

EXCUSES EXCUSES!!!! What a quitter :) .

Just joking man, I had my appendix removed just last year, and the last thing on my mind afterwards would be PE. In fact, now looking back on it, I wish I had known about this PE before that surgery, as when I woke up from the procedure I noticed that some of my pubes had been shaved (for the incision just above). Some of those anesthetists looked hot too!!!! I guess in all fairness though I may have been a little sedated at the time :) .

I hope a strong number of you guys were able to stick with your routines, and give PE a shot. We are coming down the home stretch, and I hope that some people made some nice gains. Just remember, please don’t report any of your gains until atleast the 20th.

I’ve got high hopes on being able to increase my girth because I’m definitely larger in the clamp, but I’m not sure when it will correlate to true gain. As far as BPEL, 6.5” is really good but NBPEL is god awful and that’s something I should really be working on it. Seriously, all I want is a 6” NBPEL by a 5.25” Girth. I’m missing way more than an inch in fat pad and I could gain an entire inch from losing wait. I’m basically there, I just have to shed all this baggage, I just don’t have the will.
