Jelqing Question

Hi. I was searching for this. I found a one thread that I think had the answer but I was not sure because then I found another thread that had a different opinion. When you do jelqs is seeing the shaft expand important or is it the feeling that is important. Some jelqing sessions I have trouble getting expansion when I jelq.

Well I have any readers here I was also wondering if it is possible to have fluid as opposed to blood when you jelq. Sometimes when I really get huge expansion I worry about weather it is actually blood. I have been reading and searching but I just wanted to ask and see what people had to say.

It is probablu fluid buildup because you are jelqing too hard. A reasonably firm grip is required, but you should only feel a comfortabale ‘glow’ when you finish .

Too much force is counter-productive and will cause problems which will require a lay-off from training.

To clarify I meant during the actual jelq. Should shaft be expanding just ahead of the fingers or is it more about the feeling?
