Sometimes I do jelq sessions in the morning when I wake up, then I do stretching at night. Is this alright for length gains, or should I do stretching before jelqing. I know people have said stretch before jelq, but the thing is when I come home from work I don’t have too much time before someone else gets home, so I use that time to jelq. Since stretching in private is much easier, I can usually do that at night when I am alone or something. Is it alright for me to be doing this if I want to see length gains?

First thing: I figure you should do a proper (!) warmup, no matter what you are up to.. If you already do this and just didn’t tell us here, nevermind my mindless blabbering :)

About the real topic:
As I see it the order of jelqing/stretching is not really important.
But I figure it’s healthier to your penis’ tissue (and unhealthier to your ligs ;) ) if you do at least a little Jelq’ing after doing the manual stretches (which press the blood out of the penis’ tissue).
So jelq’ing should IMO be done after manual stretching and if it’s just to make sure the partially “injured” tissue (CC, CS, skin, ligs, etc.) does get its fair share of fresh blood.

Of course, if your ligs are (even slightly) damaged to begin with you shouldn’t do any manual stretches (and if damaged somewhat more than slightly no jelq’ing or bloating either).

Just my 2 cents.. See if you understand my reasoning.. If not, tell me why :)

Well, before everything and after everything I do a 5-10 min heating pad, so I always warm up. I think I will do 5 mins of stretching before a jelq workout and 5 mins of jelqing after a stretch workout, just to loosen it up.

Some say stretch then jelq, some say jelq then stretch. I personally jelq, stretch, light jelq (more of a massage I guess). This is my reasoning (and please someone chime in on your opinion of this) I jelq before I stretch (making sure to get all lube removed for maximum grippage and minimum slipage) because the increased blood flow after and jelqing session limits the amount of my stretching, which limits my potential for OVER stretching. Then I do light jelqs (massage) after stretching for the reason ys described. All I can say is that in the days where I jelqed before stretching my PIs were very very possitive. In the days where I stretched before jelqing the PIs were slightly strained (IMHO it is extremly easy to overstretch).

But what if I did like a different session for jelqing and stretching. Like say at 7 AM I do 5 min stretch, 15 min jelqs. Then at 7 PM do 15 min stretch, 5 min jelq. Would something like that be alright?

Well as always the workout must be to your unit’s liking, of course :)

Something like ynarevith described sounds like a good plan IMO:
a) Get some fresh blood into your penis (PLUS increase healthiness of the penis)
b) Stretch the ligs (VERY SLIGHTLY).. Be careful though.. It’s so fucking easy to overdo it, especially when warmed up correctly.. Believe me in this :(
c) Do some light jelqs just to promote further health in your penis (stretching damages the tissue of CC / CS even if you grab it correctly => Get some fresh blood to the injuries).

Oh and as always: Have a good warmup before the exercise, but have a good warmdown, too.
My theory to why this is good: Triggering further inflammation right after causing slight injuries promotes faster healing (and less lengthy inflammation) => less cross-referencing in the ligs => less strengthy ligs => easier to stretch and adapt :)

Just as a point of interest, I made my most noticeable gains (.5 in) in just a few weeks when I adopted a routine of jelqing for 15 min in the morning (after warm up of course), and stretching followed by Ulis in the evening-around 8pm. Personally, I’m convinced that I achieve more growth using a split am-pm routine- why this is, though, I’m not entirely sure.

I do a split routine myself now. I jelq in the morning and clamp in the evening 1on/1off.

Hows’ that working out for you?

I do the exact opposite. I stretch in the mornings while taking a hot shower, then I jelq later before I go to bed. Also I don’t have rest-days so my penis only gets about 12hrs of recovery time, I figured this will prevent it from shrinking back by maintaining a fatigue but still enough to not damage it.

I agree you must have a warm up. Rice sock seem to work best for me.
