Jelqing in the A.M. then stretching in the P.M.
Sometimes I do jelq sessions in the morning when I wake up, then I do stretching at night. Is this alright for length gains, or should I do stretching before jelqing. I know people have said stretch before jelq, but the thing is when I come home from work I don’t have too much time before someone else gets home, so I use that time to jelq. Since stretching in private is much easier, I can usually do that at night when I am alone or something. Is it alright for me to be doing this if I want to see length gains?
