Jelqing after (intense) stretching

Recently I have started to focus more and more on stretching my ligs and have bumped up my stretching time from 5, to 10 minutes (I am following the newbie routine suggested).

My problem is however, that after stretching my penis does not want to stay hard enough so that I can jelq it effectively. It is down to around 50% erect whereas I much prefer jelqing in the 70-90% range.

Does anyone else have the same problem? Maybe I should move stretching and jelqing to two different sessions (one morning and one afternoon), but that would require even more time because of all the warmups and stuff :(

I have tried watching porn and everything I could think of to no avail, its like it has a mind of its own.

Any suggestions?

I’ve been having that problem too. I should watch more porn or something.

I’ve tried clamping a bit and that helps a little, but don’t try that until your dick gets accustomed to PE.

IMO, it’s a matter of conditioning. When I first started PE, stretching took a toll on my erections for the first 24 hours or so. Now, I can hang 4 sets of 17.5lbs and have a boner going to masturbate or clamp with if I want. Give your penis tissue time to get accustomed to what you’re throwing at it.

Yes.that problem is with me too.I did stretching but after that my penis also does not stand erect for hours.so anybody can tell me if this is happening with them or not.

Are you stretching it while erect? If you are, you’re not supposed to. Besides, you get the best stretches when you are limp as a gimp. I never have erection issues after a good 10-15 minutes stretch session, but that might just be me. I guess it also depends on how you stretch it.

What type of equipment do you guys use to hang weights? Is it really effective? How often should I do it? I think that this goes for anybody who is interested in hanging also

I do small stretching sessions during the day, and then I perform a jelqing session before I go to bed. I just started doing this lately, but so far it has helped me overcome earlier problems like the one you’re telling about.

No, I stretch when I am fully flaccid. Also, I am talking about manual stretches here, not weight hanging if that makes any difference. I took it a bit easier on the stretches today and had much less difficulty maintaining the erection level I wanted during jelq.

I hope this does improve as my dick becomes more conditioned.

I don’t see a problem with jelqing at 50%. Give it some time and maybe you’ll still see some growth in both EG and EL.

I agree, 50% is fine. As long as there is enough trapped blood to stretch your penis above your jelqing hand, it should be good.

I have the same problem, even after an ‘easy’ (in my own mind) stretching session I find it hard to maintain the decent erection level I like for jelqing (yes I can agree with you guys that 50% is fine for jelqing, but I do not get the engorgement and expansion that Im looking for from that). I also noticed that the tunica of my penis becomes very taunt and stiff…and so I posed this question and thought about it —> and, with help from members, am starting to think that I am going in to ‘straight for the kill’. You and I need to give our penis’ time to warm up so that we dont get the ‘retraction’ that kills our erection levels for jelqing. Just some light light stretches, even if you dont feel a stretch at all, before going for the full stretch.

I tried this once, it didn’t work to well because I found my tissues to be to worked from jelqing…as well, it was hard for me to get a good ‘grip’ on my glans for a nice stretch.

I see your point scooter, I never hang after a girth session - torture :) I don’t do manual stretches any more but when I did them (I did JAIs mostly) I split sessions - jelqing in the morning (shower) and stretches in the evening.
