Jelq Question
Hey guys! I have a question about jelqing. I know there is the issue of the nerves on the top of your shaft getting damaged if you use the palm-down OK grip, right? However, I cannot get the same quality of grip using a palm-up OK grip. I don’t know if there is some trick that I am not doing right, but it really seems to make a big difference in the quality of my jelqs if I do it palm-down vs. palm-up. I was wondering if one possible solution to the nerve damage problem is to simply ensure that, in the palm-down OK grip, the top middle portion of your shaft is not being touched by the hand, that the pressure is being applied all around it but not down on it. It seems to me that this would prevent the nerve damage in the same way that a palm-up OK grip would. Has anyone done this or have experience doing this? Is this a good idea?
Any advice in general would be great. Thanks.
