Hi Thunder’s. I have a small question. Manual stretching kills (KILLS) my EQ.

Is jelq a sure fire way to grow both in lenght and in girth? I am more girthy than lenghty, just curious.

So far girth seems ok, as does EQ. I’m just thinking if there’s another way to add lenght other than manual stretches.

It depends on the dick. One way to find out is to give it a shot. What is your stretching routine? It’s possible that you are being too aggressive with your dick on that.

I have the same problem. I strectch until I feel my ligs and I was sore. My question is how hard you have to stretch/force?

Try with different types of pressures when you are stretching. You dont want to over do it. You just have to see what type of stretching can keep up with your needs.

If you are having problems I’d say start tugging as light as you would when you pull slightly in the shower. Do that for your first routine. If that feels fine then the next time you do PE just increase it a little bit from there. Keep doing that until you hit a point where you feel some stretch but your dick doesn’t feel sore or tired afterward. That would probably be a good starting point. At that point either keep it there forever or each week increase it just a little bit to see if you can take a little more pull as your dick becomes more conditioned.

I shower with the hottest water I can manage. Afterwards I stretch for 30 seconds:

- Straight down
- Both sides (by this time I’m around 10% erect, unless stretching for 3 consecutive days, in which case it just doesn’t happen)
- Front
- Up
- Clockwise and counter clockwise

I repeat this two times. Usually (unless stretching for 2 or 3 consecutive days) this leaves me kind of engorged. Then I massage/bend/helicopter (love how this feels lol).

Then I get off the shower and proceed to dry jelq (200 with low pressure). Afterwards I warm down.

I do kind of feel the stretching kind of aggressive. I’m uncut and usually after one day I get my glans sore with the contact.

Unsure of what to think.

Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you for responding.

I follow the newbie routine pretty much to the letter. I think my dick isn’t made for manual stretching, but I don’t want to over do it with other methods seeing as I have just started.
