Jelq Device amongst other things
So I’ve just started up again and would just like some input :) I’m about 6.1” x 4.7”.
-My routine starts with a heat wrap. I use a microwavable heat pack, I don’t know if anyone else uses them but it seems to work well. I use it for about 5-10 mins.
-I then use the jelq device for about 200 reps. Any good tips for this? I also don’t pull my foreskin back as I find this quite difficult. Is this ok?
-I then stretch for about 5 minutes. Nothing specific in particular, left, right and straight for about 30 seconds then repeat a few times.
-I then do 50 x 5 second kegels throughout the day.
Anything you could add and advise would be great!
