Hi all, I’m new to the forums and at a newbie at this kind of exercise to not make this a wall text I’ll just go to the point.

So I tried like couple of 2 weeks ago to this exercises of jelq and stretch right and it work for me at the start. I always warm up in the shower before I started doing the exercise. I did it every day. 250 jelqs, 10 mins stretch, every morning my dick was more hard and I felt my penis more active then ever before.

What happen? While doing the one stretch exercise I felt pain in my penis but I keep going thinking like its fine but I started to notices that my penis each day start to loss hardness and now I get less erections.

I read that one of the problems probably was for stressing you’re penis too much. I have rest for a couple of days now like 8 days and my penis hasn’t come back to erection like it was before, just with a little hot water I had a instant erection but now no.

All I’m asking it’s this just a temporary affect and if it is what do I need other then rest sir my penis can heal up. I want to keep doing the exercise but this body clues are not good. Any advices thank you(I tried avoiding the wall text sorry)

I’d say the number one rule that many old-timers here will tell you is to watch your PI’s. Here is a link for you to read what they are. Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth! Anytime you feel pain, you stop. There is discomfort involved with PE at times, but there should never be pain. Anytime you experience pain, it’s your bodies way of saying, "I’m injured—-STOP!!". That’s when you should have stopped, man.

One good thing, is you say you get "less" erections. This tells me you still have a functioning penis if you still have the ability to get "some" erections. That said, I believe anything you may have done will be just temporary. Give it some more time to heal. It could take a couple of weeks. Whatever you do, as hard as it might be, leave your dick alone. No masturbation, no PE, nothing but holding it to piss. Let it heal.

If you decide you want to take another attempt at PE, do a little more research and ask questions. That’s why we are here, so these things don’t happen. Start a progress log. It allows the members here to peer into your routine. The injury all could have been avoided, if the right steps were taken.

There should never be pain. You should have stopped immediately. But you continued, and now the injury is worse. Your PI’s indicate a ligament tear, but the fact that you still get erections means it isn’t that bad yet. But you can make it worse if you continue. The fact that you took time away from PE and came here to ask was smart at least. Sorry my man, but you need to take a break away from all forms of PE. 6 weeks at least but I would say take 2 full months off to make sure. Then try again slowly and see what happens. Be careful. You only have one dick.

However, likely you have stretched your penis past its previous size. Light jelqing for a couple days will likely return your erections and once that happens measure and see if you’ve made any gains. When I hang heavier weight than previous sets I get weak erections for a couple days and light jelqing returns its hardness and improves blood supply for the new tissuse and I usually have a small gain to show for it

I appreciated you’re reply. I think that pains was the one who turn my erection away and hardness and it’s frustrating. I feel my penis less active then went I was doing my exercise which sucks tbh.

I have rest for a couple of days but some days I have masturbated some days not, feels like days passes so slow and I’m so anxious so start again doing these exercise.

Thank you for the adviced. I’ll take 2 months of rest until I feel my penis getting strong erections and hardness like it was before I started doing the exercises.

It’s just frustrated me that I’m so anxious to start doing the exercise but I feel my penis so innactive that once I start doing these exercise I don’t even feel my penis like active.

I did start doing light jelq exercise like 75 jelp and 2 mins stretching but I didn’t even felt my penis active, eréctil or hard while I was doing it.

I feels frustrating since I felt my penis active and well while I was doing the exercise before this happens.

Remember. You only have one dick. And it is possible to damage it beyond repair. So take it slow. If it need healing, let it heal. (Most gains happen during the healing phase anyway). So take the time off and get back to it when you are healthy.
