Like everyone else said, start with the newbie routine. You know how to do the exercises, which is good, but your penis, after a year layoff, is now a newbie again. Just as if you were bench-pressing 300 pounds last year, then took a year off, I would doubt you would go right out and try to start at 300 pounds again.
With that routine, you’re just inviting injury, which will set you back. The newbie routine is a perfectly fine routine. I’ve been PE’ing for a little over two years, and I still pretty much do the newbie routine, just more intense and longer duration.
