I gotta go on vacation and I don’t think I will have the time to do PE unfortunately

Nope. Sometimes its good to take a break. It’s a marathon.

If you’re really worried, pull, dry jelq and kegal when you get a moment alone.


Start: (Aug 2001): 6 1/2 bpel x 4 7/8 mseg

Current: (6/24/14): 7 3/4 bpel (7 nbp) x 5 5/8 mseg. BEG 6 1/4. BPFSL 8 1/8.

Goals: First: 7 1/2 bpel x 5 1/2 mseg ACHIEVED! Current Goal: 7 nbp x 5 3/4 mseg (almost there!)

I take a week’s break after every routine which lasts 7 weeks. My next break is in two weeks’ time


Start: 17 Feb 2012, 8.25bpel x 4.92mseg; bpfsl=??; fl=6.5x4.5

Current: 29 April 2013, 8.875bpel x 5.8mseg; bpfsl=9.25; fl=7x5

Goal: 9NBP x 6.25mseg and the best EQ ever!

It’s like working out, even down there some downtime is good.

Do some warm-ups in the shower, and stretch it out. It’s what I do during my rest periods.

I’m basing what I do similar to what I do when I work out, so hopefully it’ll be aPplicable

I’m new to PE. I just completed my first six weeks of the newbie routine. At what point should I consider taking break? I was planning on taking a week off once I hit the 90 day mark. I figured I could use the time to let my dick rest and also to get some accurate progress measurements. What do you guys think?

I think you should go with your gut and EQ. What were your gains like vs your days off during the past six weeks? Take a couple days off now and see your EQ’s reaction to less is more.


Reject the basic assumptions of civilizations, especially the importance of material possessions.
