1 week on, 1 week off
I’ve been PE’ing on and off for about a year now. I haven’t really been hugely consistent and I have on some occasions over worked my dick and have had to take a few breaks due to injuries. I have witnessed no ‘real’ gains but I have measured size increases (which have been lost due to long breaks and inconsistency) and have achieved a more plumped, healthy looking dick. After a month or two break, I started a consistent newbie P.E routine in early January this year but about a week or so ago I overworked my dick again and developed a purple blood spot requiring at least 3 or 4 days of rest to heal. It has been roughly a week or so since then with no P.E and I have definitely noticed that I have harder erections, more morning wood and my dick has become more plump and vainy since I stopped P.E. I have been reading about de-conditioning breaks and it seems that tissue does heal and repair itself into a healthier state during these breaks.
My question is; would a routine of 7 days on/7 days off be better than 2 or 3 days on/1 day off? My theory being that with the 7 days on/7 days off routine the penis could have sufficient time to have constructive ‘damage’ done and also enough time to heal properly, kind of like a mini de-conditioning break every week. Has anyone tried this? If not, I will, unless anyone can give me a good reason why not to. Thanks in advance for any opinions.
