Just start slow. Be super mindful. Eventually you will teach to rself all the little tricks and techniques. Remember to keep your own excitement in check too. Rome wasn’t built in a day. Going super hard day one is a recipe for injury. The intensity that I use for jelqing nowadays would have definitely injured me when I first began. But now every ounce of intensity I give goes directly into creating good expansion, and not into damaging things

Well, not sure what else can be changed if I do 50 real light jelqs and left side starts to ache.

Something I am missing here?

You keep saying ache. Is that the same as hurt? Or a pressure ache? Most all of us feel things from jelqing, what kind of sensation is it?

It is an ache on the left side of the shaft close to the base. There is a blood vessel there running the length of the shaft. Feels like a hurt ache.

I have been trying out stretching last couple days and even that causing problems because in order to stretch, the glans is being used as a stopper. So after stretching, the glans, left side of shaft and the dorsal vein on top near the base all have this burning feeling.

Do a search for eroset’s vein oil. It may help you with this. Otherwise, I don’t know exactly the feeling you describe. You could be obsessing over it, it could be very apparent but still unimportant or dangerous, it could be apparent and dangerous. I don’t know. But that stuff does help with vein issues and is relatively cheap to make.

What’s the longest break youve taken since the pain started?

It doesn’t sound like he took any break does it?

I have tried jelqing off and on. I may stop for months and everything returns to normal. Even after a couple weeks, it returns to normal. Soon as I start jelqing again the aches begin again no matter how light I jelq.

I am not understanding how no one else on this site seems to be having this issue. Since the penis is covered with blood vessels and jelqing and stretching is squeezing them, everyone should be running into this problem.

I stretched today for about 5 minutes and noticed afterwards that the entire shaft looked bruised and discolored. During stretching, I could not find anyway to stretch without experiencing great internal pressure because to maintain the grip the
glands has to expand to act as a stopper to hold the grip.

The reason you are having this issue and we are not is that it seems you are using way too much force. Add to that is that once inured you should allow yourself 2-3 weeks of complete rest to heal. Got it now?
