Is it OK to break up the stretches throughout the day?

Is it OK to break up the stretches throughout the day?

As opposed to doing them all in the same 15 - 30 minute time frame? Could i instead do 30 or 40 or 50 sets of 30 second stretches randomly throughout my day? Thanks, im just starting with this.

Sure. It could be even better break them through the day.

Piss pulls have been a godsend for me. I drink a few protein shakes and a LOT of water every day, so I easily go to the bathroom 5x while at work. I get 2 mins of stretching in each time, plus 10 dry jelqs…by the end of the day, I’m easily over 10 mins stretching and 50 dry jelqs. More realistically, I probably get about 15 mins stretching and 75 jelqs in every day. Very useful when I am not able to hang, either.

I also agree stretching during bathroom breaks is a good compliment to any routine.

I forget to do piss pulls still. Few years into my PE career forgetting the simple tasks of a positive PE aesthetic life style.

I guess these piss pulls and other opportunities are done with very light tension since you can’t warm up first?

No need to warm up for these light stretches during the day. Gently ease into the stretch, it just keeps everything maxed out throughout the day. They are a great supplement to any routine.

If you have a, say, 2 on 1 off routine, do you still do these pulls on the off-days? The point of the off-day is to rest, right?


PE start Aug 25, 2013: BPEL 6.7" x EG 4.7" and BPFSL 7".

Paused between Dec 2013 and Dec 2014 due to injury. Careful with those rice socks!

Goal 7" x 5". Ideal is 8" x 6" but let's not even dream about that yet...!

Definitely, my first 6 months, rest days, or off days, were true rest days, I did nothing on those 2-3 days a week and gained a lot. At 3 years, it seems that piss pulls seem to be a benefit to my routines. But not necessary and maybe not even productive in the early going.

I too perform piss pulls religiously. Not as much with not as much “pull” on rest days though. After ready tntjockey’s experience with these I am convinced. Lol

Oh yea for the pee pulls i find it nearly impossible to either reach my true flaccid stretched length and to stretch everything out quickly. I just do them each time i pee like somebody earlier said, to “keep things maxed out.”

What i meant in the original post was actual short, individualized PE sessions complete with warm ups scattered throughout the day, similar to how some like to spread their hanging sets throughout their schedule rather performing them back to back at once.
