Hi all!

Like many people here (strangely), I found this forum only after a ‘backfire’ - let’s call it so - of my interest for PE.

I discovered PE years ago. I thought I didn’t really need it (I was around 6” NBPEL), but then I began wondering on a few things. Long story short, I found my motivation. :)
I found the Penimaster on the net, and I bought it. I used it for a while (a few months), then I lost interest; mostly because I was too young, and I was both discouraged by the minimal effect (I could use it only at home, and not regularly), both by the annoyance (the PM do pinch the skin, especially for us uncut I think).

Now I came back with my desire to grow bigger.
I discovered this great forum and a new generation of ADS, such as the VacADS. Using vacuum I really hope to remove the pinch ache, and moreover being pretty discreet I plan to use it even during office hours.
Anyway, I see that most users have a jelq routine; for various reasons, I know I won’t stick to this habit, so here’s my question:

>> Is jelqing necessary, or a good ADS is enough? In other words, are ADS complementary to jelqing, or can they be substitutive? <<

I can imagine that jelqing could make things quicker, but consider too that I’d wear the ADS for many hours a day; I have no real need to speed up things so much.

I am sure some guys have gained from using an ADS alone but for the majority I would say it is complementary but no substitute.

Running a Massive Co-Front.

If you were it 8 or more hrs per day 7 days per week yes, but if you can only wear it 4 hr per day I would do some manual exercises. I don’t jelq any more just hang and use extenders and clamping takes the place of jelqing. Do not do clamping until you have done at least 6 months of jelqing. They are an advanced PE exercise could cause serious injury.

I am currently using his method of wrapping and it works great.

I don’t know if you have already bought a vacuum ADS already, but if you haven’t check out the link above and experiment with metods of wrapping to suite you before spending more money.

Jelqing doesn’t have to be an every day activity, it can be fitted in as and when you get time. eg. 10 - 15 mins every other day.

But if you do want something you stick to it.

I personally think jelqing is necessary because its a great exercise for over all health of the penis and has great side effects of enlarging the penis as well, and will compliment other exercises.

Probably it’s just I’m stupid, cause I’ve read MANY topics and I still lack a precise perception about this.
Moreover, it’s quite hard to believe that most users do jelqing AND clamping AND hanging AND use extenders.

Everyone here has a different ‘training plan’, so I was just interested in how everyone arranges these.

If you want to grow and have a healthier penis, you must jelq. Just a quick 10 minute session a day is all you need for now. What is 10 minutes honestly? You can’t give up 10 minutes for a bigger dick?

That’s right: I could spend 10 minutes, sure.

My doubt was: why 10 minutes are necessary, while 8 hours (or so) with ADS is not enough? That’s all.

Well, sure if you can be godly consistent with ADS and you probably need something more like 12 hours a day, every day. Have fun with that.

I am also new to the site and see the reason for your question.However you need to consider that your penis is made up of several types of tissue and each serves different functions. I don’t doubt that wearing an ADS for numerous hours a day would give an increase to some degree. However the overall health of your penis would be poor. The quality of your erection wouldn’t be as good. Really what good is length if it’s a noodle. Tools (ADS) make a job easier but it’s still a job. We all wish growth came easily but it take time and dedication.The direction and knowledge are here for the taking. How you use it is up to you. We all are unique so what works for you may not for others. I hope you have good gains and the best of luck.

I tried using just ADS for awhile and only had flaccid gains. No erect gains were made by ADS alone.
