So I have been off from pe for about a year now was pe ing for about 2 year’s before I stop. I’m thinking of starting up again but I never gained the first time round so just wondering if there is any point? Maybe some men are just not meant to gain what do you Guy’s think? Thank’s bad luck.

There is definitely a variance between some individuals. Some gain more some gain less even if they did the exact same thing.

I doubt there is anyone out there who can’t gain anything at all, it’s probably just that you haven’t found the right way to effectively target the areas you need to make at least some gains, no matter how much it would be.

Another factor is the possible inconsistency in your routine and measurements.

11/20/2011: BPEL: 6", MEG: 4.75" (goal BPEL: ~7", MEG: 5.25")

So my routine from the start was the newbie routine did that for 6 months then using extender for another 6 month , hanging after that for 6 to 7 month after hanging mem’s routine 6 month Yes I know it’s all random but never gained? If I start back what would use recommend need length an girth. Thanks bad luck

Even if you tried a lot of stuff, so many months should have yielded some results. Have you been consistent with it? Like doing exercises 4/5 days per week.

Hi yes I was consistent with all the routines always got the hours in each week! I just don’t know I’m happy you guys are gaining but then jealous because I haven’t. I have started doing 20 minutes of stretching a day on second day from year break with 10 minutes of jelqing going easy to start off with does that sound ok? Thanks bad luck
