Is edging on rest days good?
I’ve been PEing for a few months, and I notice some soreness on some of my rest days. I’ve read that edging helps, but when I work up a full boner I sometimes notice some soreness, similar to muscle soreness. What I’ve been doing is working myself up to a full boner 4-5 times a day, spread throughout the day in bathroom breaks at work and at home. I’m not sure if it helps or is interfering with the healing.
My gains so far have been small and I believe I’m overtrained so I’m on day 5 of a break but I still get that soreness. Is the edging gonna help?
