Taking Rest Days
Well currently my routine typically consists of, 40mins belt hanging a day(2sets of 20mins) and an hour of clamping, whilst clamped doing horse440’s and bends then 200 jelqs. I could do this 7days a week and my EQ is pretty much always good with good PI’s. I’ve been doing PE for like 9months seriously.
Should I take like 2 rest days a week to encourage growth or if every things fine just soldier on. I haven’t had any planned rest days in over a month and feel perfectly fine.
