Introduction.

Hey everybody.

I’ve been lurking cynically in the shadows for sometime; reading the forum avidly on a daily-basis (even reading through old posts when I run out of fresh material).

So I think it’s about time I made a post and contributed my experiences: (takes a deep breath)

Well first things first - I’m 24 years old, 6”3, roughly 200lb, I go to the gym 5x a week and do around 30 mins of cardio per-day and weight lifting sets ontop of that. I take a cocktail of supplements: ginseng/fish oil/zinc/multi-vit. In addition I’ve thrown in a few amino acids: L-Taurine, L-Carnitine (acetyl), L-Arginine (ethyl ester)

I guess I’m lucky since it appears my member is super sensitive and has a low tolerence for any/all exercises. I’m currently exercising 1-day-on 1-day-off. My routine as follows:

5 mins warmup (hot towel but I’ve purchased an IR lamp)

30-40 Jelqs

5 mins warmdown

I’ve been doing this routine for 21 days strictly following my 1-day-on 1-day-off pattern. I’ve tried PE’ing in the past and my mistake has always been to jump ahead of myself; often adding advanced techniques, or extra repeats where they really aren’t necessary. I find anything more than 40 Jelqs and I turtle, lose my morning wood and my flaccid hangs smaller the next day.

Right so.. Enough of the introductions here are my stats:

Starting: 24th February

6.4 NPEL
4.8 MSEG (ugh)

Now: 16th March

6.6 NPEL
4.95 MSEG

So my conclusion: IT WORKS - shall keep you updated as/when gains are made. I’ve also taken some decent starting pictures (sadly without a ruler as it’s so difficult to do)

I started on 22nd Feb and I checked mine on 16th march too. What is my length? The same.:(


Start: BPEL: 5 inches, EG:4.5 inches, NBPEL: 4.5 inches

Goal: BPEL: 6 inches, EG: 5 inches. NBPEL: 5.5 inches.Start Date 22nd Feb 2009.

I’m no expert but.. How are your PI’s? For me everything else is irrelevant. I aim for a hard morning wood, good sized flaccid and lack of turtle. Whatever stands in the way of that is discontinued or reduced.

Every other attempt at PE has ended in failure for me, simply due to exercising “for size” rather than for the best PI’s.
