I haven’t been able to workout lately due to privacy. Is it worth it to get any routines in unless I can make them a regular thing, or would it be better for me to wait til privacy is not an issue? Also does anyone do their routine while taking a bath if so hows that working out for ya?

Do what you can when you can. I do manual stretches in bed at night, sometimes I warm up with a wheat bag sometimes just start out with gentle stretches till I feel I can pull a bit harder.

Dry jelqs are easy to do first thing, let your morning wood subside and go for it. Once I’ve done about 20 or 30 I do squeezes then repeat. I try to do 80 dry jelqs and 5x30 seconds squeezes.

That could be slotted in around your life, I’m very busy and yes my PE has taken a back seat but even 10 minutes is better than no minutes.

You can get a decent stretch in the shower too, I sit on the toilet seat sometimes and finish off stretches whilst my body dries. Easy to do !

If you had some gains already and you stop PE suddenly, you may lost your gain. So, a little PE can help in cementing this gain. The shower is a great place for PE. I do my wet jelq in the shower, even if I can do it out of the shower. Worm up is easy in the shower, and cleaning is easy as well.
