I hear that near infrared light is good for warmup’s, but which is better for PE’ing 660nm or 880nm?

Probably doesn’t make much difference as you need to adjust the heat to a comfortable level/distance.

Just make sure you don’t use a laser! :D

Now: 7.7 BPEL x 5.7 (19,5 x 14,5 cm)

But isn’t 660nm for cell growth and 880nm for aches and pains?
