Increased sensitivity and premature ejaculation

Hi, I’ve done maybe eight sessions of PE.

My routine is the following:

- ±5 minutes warming up by stretching
- 10 jelqing while relatively soft

I did this in two weeks.

My penis feels very sensitive and I for the past two days I’ve had a premature ejaculations while masturbating (I came way too soon). Is this a natural consequence or should I just stop doing the routines all together and just stop?

I’d like a bigger dick but not at the consequence of cumming too soon, haha.

I don’t think the PE and you ejaculating can be linked though, you are afterall masturbating.

Your body and mind are linked to realize what you are doing, the ultimate goal is to orgasm. Why on Earth should you be able to last forever masturbating? You aren’t designed to last long while having sex either, the whole goal is procreation. I think if you want to not orgasm quicker, then you should not masturbate, perform kegels daily, and read up on ways to last longer. Just remember, masturbating is not sex.

I’ve had issues with cumming too soon during sex after PE but never masturbation. Your best bet is to do kegels every day or as often as you remember them. Also masturbation is much more likely to end quicker than sex as you’re probably using more pressure with your hand than a vagina can provide. Plus no one cares if you cum too soon during masturbation, it’s the real thing that counts.
