Hi all,

I’ve been looking around for an answer to this question, but I couldn’t find anything conclusive.

I’m wondering if it’s possible to increase the erection angle (i.e. make it point more upwards), and how to achieve this.

I’m 20 years old, so I have never had any loss in EQ, my erect penis has always been at around 90 degrees (parallel to the floor).

I did a manual exercise routine for several months, which included jelqs and kegels (of which I heard are good for increasing the angle), but that didn’t really help in this regard.

I also did a kegel and reverse kegel only routine, but that didn’t help either.

So, if anyone here knows, is there any exercise other than these that can be done to make the erect penis point more upwards, given that the low angle is natural and not related to EQ/age/etc.?

I have been hanging around different PE sites, and especially this one, for about 10 years now. I have never heard of anything that will increase your erection angle. I am now 46, and when I was 20, my erection angle was quite high, probably close to 11 o’clock. It is now at about 9 o’clock, and I’m not sure if that is a result of just aging, or of my wang being a bit bigger and thus heavier, through PE, or what causes that. It is likely just age and perhaps circulation. I have jelqed upwards, with the hope that my erections would point skyward again as they did when I was young. But I’ve had zero success. And if your angle has always been about 90 degrees out, I really don’t know what to tell you. I had the idea I could return to the way I was, and that’s not happening. You are trying to get to an angle that you didn’t have at the start, and while I wish you luck, I have never heard of anything that works in this way. Sorry I don’t have anything encouraging or really, very helpful to offer.

General PE has helped me with this. My erection used to be around 9 o’clock, but cutting porn, doing kegels and just in general being able to get more excited (because no more porn and edging without ejaculating) it’s now up to around 10 o’clock. Though maybe before PE I was around that to begin with, I don’t recall 100%. In recent history at least I’ve been erect at around 9 o’clock. I do think it’s normal that if you stretch the ligaments and your unit gets bigger and heavier then you’ll point down more, unless you build the hardness to counteract this.

Does anyone else have any experience with this?

I think the erection angle is related to ligaments and the shape of the corporea cavernosa of the penis. I have a similar problem and I would like to improve the erection angle too.

In my case, since I guess it’s difficult to work on ligaments, I am working to change the corporea cavernosa, in order to have a slight upwards curve (now the penis is slightly curved downwards). I’m doing a routine mainly based on jelqing upwards and stretching with fulcrum. Hope this can help.
