In Search of good Post Deconditioning Threads

Hey Guys and others that have a penis. I’m 2 weeks into my first Decon break. I’ve been searching for some good threads about the best way to return to action. I’m looking to take a minimum of 6 weeks off, so I have some time to put together a good solid plan.

I’m actually looking for some advice on how to restart after a break. So please if you know of any threads that already exist. help me to find them. Add a link to this thread. All help would be greatly appreciated.

What was your routine just before your break? Are you taking the break because of trauma that has to heal, or just because you seem to have stalled out.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Any tips on speeding up deconditioning? Like daily heat or ice, anything?

This is so easy even I can do it. Just don’t do anything.

I basically plateaued after about 7 months. Spend almost 3 more months without gains. I was raising the intensity and not getting any results. Decided it was time for a break. The plan is to get back at it in September.

I’ve been searching the forum for threads on restarting after a deconditioning break… I haven’t had much luck.

Other than just not PEing, there is no way to speed up deconditioning. Just forget about it and live your life as though you didn’t know PE existed.

When you resume, just start slow and be properly heated up. Start with the newbie routine and maybe one day on, one day off for a few days until you get back in touch with how your dick reacts to the exercises.


STARTING: BPEL: 5.9in EG: 5.0in

2018: BPEL: 6.7in EG: 5.3in

NOW (start 1/2024): BPEL: 6.9in. EG: 5.4in

Just start again nice and slow and easy like rfw said. You will get back into it faster then when you were a virgin newbie, but you still have to take it easy at first.
