Hi everybody,

I’ve been doing the newbie routine for a month or two now along with some extra stretches and edging. I would like to target the base for girth improvement without having to resort to hanging or pumping. Currently I have the baseball bat effect going on and combined with a bend, it makes the base feel like a weak foundation for the penis.

With the bend I can feel a difference between the two sides and it is not very stable sometimes during sex. Do any of you know about some manual exercises to improve base girth?

First things first, Which is it, a month or is it two. This makes a big difference. If you can’t really specify whether it is a month or two, then I suggest you do the newbie for 2 more months before even thinking of the more advanced exercises. You need to be smart about this. you need to know how much time you are spending on conditioning. You don’t want to hurt yourself, after all it is your dick. Do you like to have sex. take care of it and be aware of the dangers. Everything we do here is dangerous, remember that.

Ah, it would be two months. From my stats that I keep track of, I’ve had some gains.I just want to correct this issue. I used to do PE off and on but am really committing to it now, so I have the exercises down, and the dick is getting used to all this jelqing and stretching stuff again. The baseball bat thing is something I grew up with, so I definitely do the preventative stuff, but I would like to correct it as well.

As for gg43’s advice, it’s good and I’ve read up on that in the past and after re-reading the passage it states that with a low-erection level, the pressure build up is uneven. However, the baseball bat shape of my dick is due to genetic reasons and as so, the CC there is not as developed. I’ve experimented with different levels of erections and jelqing and it seems that at any erection level the blood in the CC around the base will be squeezed out during a jelq and the base will not get the same level intensity as the head.

Is there any advice about this? The searches I’ve been doing seem to say that stretches and hanging help, so I’m really restricted to only stretches.

This is something I’ve been interested in too, because I’m kind of a fundamentalist in a lot of senses. I hate taking medication and I prefer pushups over weights, etc. In any case, You could always try to stretch yourself in an equivalent way that hanging would affect your penis. From what I’ve read… although it’s significantly less in the hanging dept, it’s just a matter of putting stress and tension on the base. Maybe you could try lighter, longer duration stretching out in circles or in different directions. Once again, I really have no idea what I’m talking about on a technical level, but it seems like it would be the same effect as hanging.

Other ridiculous ideas I’ve had to mimic hanging:
1) Essentially amputate yourself by tugging on your dick all day.
2) Experiment with stretches that you can manage by pulling on mid-shaft instead of head. Twist and directional stretching

Hangers, any ideas on how to mimic hanging just by hand?
