i have been doing pe for 3 months now and have gained quite a bit in length and girth on top and middle but nothing on base. I have gained 1.25 inches on mid and top of shaft but only .25 on base. If this carries on till i get to my goal of 8 inches then i’ll have 8 in on top but less than 6 on base. Any ideas how to gain on base



I’ve heard that stretching and hanging will help to gain girth at the base. But im not really sure

My Goal: 8"x6" - Currently: 7,5"x4,8" |-| Gains So far: Lenght: 0.5" Girth: 0" - Just going for girth ATM

Have you been only jelqing?

Do a search on “baseball bat effect” or something similar. Some guys have reported that hanging gave them some base girth.

Hey Basil,

I been almost exclusively hanging for the past 6 weeks. I started at 5 lbs 2x a day and am now at 12.5 lbs when standing. I have not gotten much in length but I have noticed the base is thicker. I did not measure this before I started because I was not expecting to gain at the base. This is not scientific in any way, but I do agree with the others who have posted before about hanging and base girth. If you do start hanging you might want to measure your base girth before starting so you can see whats happening and make adjustments later.
