Ok, before I started PE I would read this site all the time and out of curiosity, I would quite frequently measure myself. I ALWAYS came up with the same numbers, so I knew I had established a good method of measurement. I always came up with:
6.625” BPEL (6 10/16”)
5.125” Mid EG (5 2/16”)
5.125” Head EG (5 2/16”)

So on Tuesday I finally started the newb routine. After two days, today is my day off.

I just measured.
6.625” BPEL (6 10/16”)
5.187” Mid EG (5 3/16”)
5.312” Head EG (5 5/16”)

Does this seem normal? In 2 days I gained almost a quarter inch of girth at the head?

As excellent as that would be it’s most likely that you didn’t originally have full blood flow being delivered there.

Jelqing or kegels most likely helped improved the flow which did technically make it bigger but not an actual growth :P

This is kind of what I was thinking. But better blood flow is still a huge plus! Did anybody else experience this?

Also known as improved EQ. Which is very important in my opinion.

Adding a half inch of permanent growth is useless if you don’t have the erection quality to make use of it.

Which leads me to this thought:

Theoretically someone doing PE could make a 1/4 inch in permanent gains, yet at the same time suffer from slight EQ issues without realizing it (possibly from slightly over training) and think that they have gained nothing. Then they take a break from PE and suddenly start gaining from apparently doing nothing. (which I’ve heard has happened in multiple cases)

I think this may explain why these members gain during de-conditioning breaks. Their EQ comes back up to normal and the new gains have a chance to present themselves.

Anyway, congratulations on the improved EQ!

Good point. I always verify progress by measuring the BPFSL instead of BPEL.

I doubt you can measure accurately to the 2nd and 3rd decimal place of an Inch.. Especially when we are talking about something like human tissue.

Quick and immediate gains are typically temporary.

I once gained 1 inch, in one day!!!

Back on Jan 3, 2012 - Stats: FL- 4.5", FG- 4.8", EG- 5.6", EL- 6.1", BPEL- 6.8"

Goal by Jan 1, 2013 - EL- 7.5", EG- 6" -----> I have a LONG way to grow :)

5/09/09 currently sat at 5.5bp" bp x 4.25 eg. Long term goal would be 7.5nbp x 6 eg

I’d find this gain less surprising the older WeezyBlue is. Probably less about being an actual “gain” in size, and more about getting in shape enough for an erection to reach it’s real, natural, maximum size.

I hope this will be encouraging to keep up exercises to get true growth.

Yeah, this is pretty common really. So much so we’ve given it a name on the forum; Newbie Gains.

But it’s all good. Penile health and total volume is the goal. Now that you have some good starting measurements toss that ruler. A watched pot never boils and frequent measuring discourages a lot of members. Not only that, accurate BPEL measurements are hard to nail down. For the time being best to judge your gains by what you see in the mirror and what you feel in your hands.

They’re just the decimal equivalents of the measurement to the nearest sixteenth of an inch. 1/16 = .0625
