If your goal was an inch in length and a half inch in girth

If your goal was an inch in length and a half inch in girth

What would you personally do? How would design your plan? Anybody else motivated to reach numbers like these? Has anyone else started off desiring a result like this?

That’s actually just what my goals are, approximately.

I started with a solid 1-1.5 months of the beginner routine (basically, stretching and jelqing), which I think was crucial in improving my EQ and getting me to a “ready” state.

Lately, I’ve mainly been hanging (capn’s wench) and manually stretching, and jelqing when I get a chance. My girth gains have stalled (although I’m pretty sure my base has increased, it’s a shame I didn’t measure low, mid, and upper shaft at the beginning), but length has been steady. I also do a lot of piss pulls throughout the day, as well as traction wrapping (which admittedly has just been the past few weeks).

When I’m happy with my length, I’ll probably try out ulis and/or clamping to help with girth, in addition to jelqs. I am curious about pumps, but I hear too many negative things about gains (i.e., they aren’t permanent).

1x1/2 is the standard in reasonable goals in my opinion. By that I mean that it is something that 99.9% of guys can reach with an open ended time table.

Go with the newbie routine and see where it takes you.

I would just stay on the newbie routine. Manual exercises are the most efficient for real and functional gains. Everything else can be just a supplement.

You and me both. I’d like a little more length than that, but I’d be pretty dang happy with 1x.5 in gains. 1.5x.5 is my true goal.

Hey, good luck! I’m John too. Also it looks like we’ve got similar stats… I’m 6 in BPEL by 4.5 in EG. I would be over the moon with a solid 7 x 5 that worked every time and that i had total control over.
