I would like to half of an inch length gain
I’m 6.7” long and 5.5” girth and I have 7.5 LOT. My goal is 7.3” long and 5.9” girth. I have few questions:
1) is it realistic goal?
2) how much time do I need? (Approx.)
3) which methods should I use? I suggest 5m warmup, 10m stretch, 10m jelq, 5m warm-down.I’m not sure whether stretch first and then jelq or vice verse?this workout 4times per week
4) is my LOT a problem?
