Can any one tell me what type of exercise and exercise routine help me to increase the penis girth.

Pumping will help, But you would be best advised to do the Newbie Routine for a month or two (at least) to condition your dick.

I’d suggest sticking the newbie routine until you are not gaining anything or your gains have slowed down a lot, I would give it 3 months minimum. If the newbie routine isn’t working anymore, I would try out O-bends and Horse 440’s, if that isn’t working for you, I’d try clamping, at the end I would try pumping, since pumping costs the most money. Most of my girth gains have come from the newbie routine and Horse 440’s.

Newbie routine first, than fully erect jelqing after your penis gets conditioned by the newbie routine. Than after that you can start to add some squeezes and other advanced exercises.
