I think it grew
I just finished my 5Th week of the newbie routine. I’ve been measuring once a week. I know that that’s considered too often, but that’s my personality. Each time I’ve measured I’ve gotten the same starting measurements, until now. I’ve gotten a BPEL increase of .25 inches. That much gain in a week seems like too much to be true, but I’m sure my measuring method is consistent. The EG and NBPEL are the same. That’s a little confusing because I don’t think I’ve gained any weight so shouldn’t the NBPEL have increase too? NBPEL is what I’m most concerned with. Can anyone shed some light on the subject?
