I think I need a coach
I’ve been trying my hand at PE for about 4 months now, and without any noticeable lasting results.
So far I’ve been doing mostly clamping — two or three sessions a day for 10-15 minutes, five days out of the week. I’m afraid of the hard clamps that some people use, so I’ve been using a tight wrap around the base that snaps together — it seems pretty tight. The clamping effect only works while I have an erection though — it will slowly dissipate over the course of a few minutes if I allow myself to become unaroused.
While clamped, I normally gain about .125” in girth, and my penis looks heavier and slightly longer, though this disappears when I release the wrap. The biggest difference is in the head which, normally pretty soft when I have an erection, is hard as a rock when clamped and makes the entire member look a lot bigger.
When I first started clamping I noticed a distinctly “tight” feeling in my penis — it felt like it was being stretched larger than normal. Now, my penis feels like it can accommodate this slight increase in stature with ease.
In addition to clamping, I also do manual stretching throughout the day, though I’m not terribly systematic about when or how long I do it. I suppose I should jelq, though I have a hard time maintaining semi-hard state. Whenever I have tried, I always end up getting too soft or too hard.
