I think I need a coach

I’ve been trying my hand at PE for about 4 months now, and without any noticeable lasting results.

So far I’ve been doing mostly clamping — two or three sessions a day for 10-15 minutes, five days out of the week. I’m afraid of the hard clamps that some people use, so I’ve been using a tight wrap around the base that snaps together — it seems pretty tight. The clamping effect only works while I have an erection though — it will slowly dissipate over the course of a few minutes if I allow myself to become unaroused.

While clamped, I normally gain about .125” in girth, and my penis looks heavier and slightly longer, though this disappears when I release the wrap. The biggest difference is in the head which, normally pretty soft when I have an erection, is hard as a rock when clamped and makes the entire member look a lot bigger.

When I first started clamping I noticed a distinctly “tight” feeling in my penis — it felt like it was being stretched larger than normal. Now, my penis feels like it can accommodate this slight increase in stature with ease.

In addition to clamping, I also do manual stretching throughout the day, though I’m not terribly systematic about when or how long I do it. I suppose I should jelq, though I have a hard time maintaining semi-hard state. Whenever I have tried, I always end up getting too soft or too hard.

OK, you guys are the experts, tell me what my next step is!

I tell you what, if you pay me full room and board and pay all expenses, I will come over for a week and I will personally coach you until you have pornstar penis.

I am no expert, but have a good bit of experience with girth work. From my own experiences when you properly clamp you do not lose the expansion. In fact, I can clamp with a cable clamp, pack it back in my pants, and go back to whatever I was doing before. I have found that when I engage in any activity I seem to maintain the same amount of expansion throughout the session. Maybe this is due to blood flow throughout the body from movement/engaging in some activity. Arousal only comes into play in the beginning. Once engorged I stay engorged.

In my experience nothing too soft or flexible worked on expansion the way the cable clamp works. Though my clamp is padded, tightening the clamp eventually involves the harder material of the clamp which works to cut off blood flowing out. If you are afraid of the “hard clamps” the solution is to wrap the clamp with something soft. Mine is wrapped with several layers of a material similar to a cotton bandage.

If you want the effects of clamping, IMO you have to clamp. Otherwise you may not see the same benefits. If you actually effectively clamped for 4 months I have no doubt that something good and permanent would be happening. At least this has been my experience.

However, if you have started with clamping, then I would caution you. This is not a method of PE for starting purposes. This is something for a conditioned unit that is accustomed to the high pressures of expansion. Many of us have proven that there is method to this madness, a method that does not begin with clamping.

I agree with Marty. I used other things like cockring, simple strongest grip I could with fingers around base to cut off blood going out, wrap etc to work up to clamping, but nothing is remotely like clamping. Considering how strong the tunica is, I just don’t see anything less than clamping really giving it a good stretch. I use a velcro Ace bandage to wrap the base and then a couple clamps with thin neoprene mouse pad matter glued on inside.

Marty, if you don’t mind, could you share just a little about how your gains went with clamping. For example, how much growth occurred in your first 6 months?

I’m going off memory, so what I say may be different from what I said three years ago.

Initially, I got the newbie gains in length. I got an inch in length in no time at all using the power jelq and penimaster. In all, I put on about 1.75 inches in length while engaged in regular PE, which was plenty for my wife.

As for the girth, I don’t remember exactly what happened early on. Best I remember I probably put on .25 inches in girth in about the same time I put on the first inch or so in length. I did not get serious about girth until after reading about Bib’s “Uli thing” and then making my own from a rubber hose and hose clamp. Then the cable clamp was written about and I got a couple and the progress really began. At my peak I was up to about 5.75 inches in girth, maybe a bit more on good days. I stay somewhere between 5.5 and 5.75 today.

I do not clamp regularly any more. Now and then I’ll get on a week’s routine just to maintain the girth or to surprise my wife.

As you, I’ve tried several methods of girth work, but nothing works for me like the cable clamp.
