Okay so im back at it again from a very long time. I haven’t had much success in the past with PE because I believe that I have been impatient, and going all wrong about I think I have gained .25” in length and .25” Girth. Personally I felt like I wasnt going anywhere or maybe even plateuing. I decided to sit down, and do some indepth research as to how all of this works. Bascially with PE you can increase the circumeference of a Penis by expanding its vascular structure, and then lengthen it by pulling the ligament that sits behind the penis by the pubic area to gain size up to two inches. If anyone has any indepth links that they could direct me to the science behind all of this that would be great because im not sure how clear my explanation and research theory is.

I had quit because I stumbled upon adds, and a guy on youtube by the name of Janus Bifron talking about how the traditional jelqing method can be dangerous to developing edema in your penis all the way down to your leg, mess with your heart and cardiovascular health, and varicose veins. He mentions his method is a lot more conservative.(possibly for advertisement purpose, idk) I believe he calls it the Angion Method. Ontop of that I had also purchased a bathmate which I believe I have been using wrong since I was still in the beginner phase and had read somewhere that the bathmate is bad for beginners because it doesn’t come with a Gauge and that you are only supposed to be pumping at about 3hg.

My thing is, what is the safest way about going at this without having any sorts of anxiety ? Also, isn’t the recovery part the most important one with the addition of specific supplements like L-Arginine, and Maca root to increase the potential growth rate ? I’m sorry if this is being posted in the wrong topic and too many questions are asked but I’m really trying to get somewhere with this, post a log, and see if the community can help me out! Otherwise, I was thinking about going under the knife.

(PS: EQ feels amazing, and I think the Kegels were working.)

Check into Kyrpa’s thread and comments. Ton of info there. 5.5Squared has a bit of a different approach that has worked well for me, check his threads out also.

Sometimes the research on here can feel like drinking from a fire hydrant. Pick something that makes sense to you and work the routine consistently. Everyone on here is learning, be sure to ask questions along the way.

Going under the knife is much smarter than listening to ole Janus and going under the knife is stupid. Forget anything that guy told you because he is wrong on just about everything.

PE is safe if you make it safe. If you take your time with jelqing and stretching and go gentle things work. As your dick becomes more accustomed to the work than you can slowly increase your time and intensity. I don’t think I did a full routine for at least 3 months in the beginning. I did no more than 10minutes/day jelqing and stretching 5 days a week. By the end of the 3rd month I was doing a nice 20-25 minute workout and I have been happy ever since.

Hmmmm as expected. It seems like a lot of his posts, and comments on youtube just don’t have enough clarity to back up the theorys hes mentioning. Seems like he tries to hide it with the “bro science”, but then again what do I know.

You have been getting good gains but just doing manual exercises listed in the newbie section ? What about as far as foods and supplements, and lifestyle changes such as going to the gym and doing things like squats ? I hear working the legs out can be beneficial to your testosterone.

Janus was a out of work personal trainer with a college degree in sociology living in his parents house and he needed to do something as well as make money. He has no training in health or biology at all.

I have only done manual in my15 years or so. I take a good multi vitamin and I eat a good diet so I don’t need supplements. As for exercise, at the gym 4-5 days a week.

See that’s kind of what I thought was the most safest way to do this. I see a lot of people have a quick method that works for them by hanging weights, and going under these insane vaccum sessions with pumps. Not that Im saying it doesnt work, but it makes me feel personally very unsafe. I don’t mind the bathmate though for a nice light session just to improve erection quality and what not.

Hanging weights just scares me, Bascially isnt the tunica albuginea the thing that you want to expand and grow larger ? Doing this with weights wouldnt that just stretch the outter skin, and not the Tunica it’self ? There was a horror story of some guy on youtube once and boy was it bad. I’ll try to look for it if I can find it. But what ended up happening this guy had been using weights to stretch his penis all day, and ended up stretching the skin way too far out to the point where the outter skin far surpassed the Tunica or something. Like the inside of his dick didn’t grow only the outside and then he had like erection issues too.

Actually Bifrons methods shouldn’t be discounted entirely. Try doing angion method 2 with a loose clamp at base of penis just enough to trap some blood. And you will be amazed at the expansion you can get. Every structure in my penis has improved significantly using this method.

A loose clamp JB.

Tight clamps cause injuries and are counter productive as they reduce blood flow. This is the opposite at what you are trying to do with this exercise.

You have a point but this guy is already worried about safety. Yes he’s not new to pe but maybe setting him off slow and let him get conditioned and ask more questions as he goes along and learns may be off benefit to him at this point.
