New information. Erections have been coming back, but I just noticed that there is a greyish brownish discoloration on the head, on the right front side on one of the ridges next to the ‘V’. I am guessing the recommendation will be to see a doctor, I didn’t notice this before and things have seemed to be getting better despite not noticing it so I hope it is healing.

So since I’ve taken a week off from almost all contact with myself, I masturbated last night after reading a bit about the spots on the head to see if that might help. It has been a while since I’ve done so, and it did restore the area to almost completely normal coloring. I’m now thinking that it might do me well to start masturbating again, but the time off has helped. I maintained a roughly 90%erection pretty easily, and I could also tell from that that the reverse kegels have been helping. I sort of aggressively reverse kegeled during (tensed my IC which is on top of base) and this did much to get it standing on its own. I also woke up this morning with a much stronger morning wood than I have in a while.

I’m going to keep resting, and I’ll masturbate every other day both because I think it helps and to observe function. I reverse kegel throughout the day so I believe that will help the process. Once I feel some steel down there, or a good 99-100%er going I’ll alternate the days I masturbate with 5-10 minutes of light jelqing. The waiting and caution in doing this is because I believe the discoloration on the head was caused by bruising, as I can see a pretty distinct purple slit under it. Which is understandable given what I was doing.

I remember great EQ when I first started into this. My goal is to get back to that point.

Thank you for the help everybody. After about a week off and some strategic EQ maintenance (kegels focusing on the top of the base, ie the IC muscle), relaxing of my grip for masturbation, and liberal application of EVOO and at least one edging session, combined with about a week off from most everything in total, I’m now able to get nigh on 100% again from just physical stimulation. I noticed that when I flex the IC muscle during erection, it actually gets longer and harder. This will be my focus for now, but I am confident again. One day I may resume PE and start with the newbie routine.

I do think it is work noting the amount that I got out of this kind of kegeling. It is almost like trying to have a bowel movement out of your penis at first, and from there I learned to contract the muscle independent of the local musculature in the breathing. I don’t have much sex, I’m autistic and hard to deal with personally and I don’t have much contact with people outside of close friends and work, so when I ejaculate it’s usually just rubbing one out as fast as I can to go about my day. I’ve learned to take care in the process and mind the equipment. And be patient.
