Not painful for erection, there’s just a dull constant ache on the right side of the base I believe around where the ligament is. I remember a few months back hearing a distinct ‘pop’ on that side when I was doing a stretch.
Flaccid hang is more than it may have ever been. Honestly I think I’ve been doing PE pretty constantly if you count every tug, jelq, and stretch for the past few years. I think I was over aggressive and basically never took an off day or rest. Hopefully no long term damage.
