HI, I’m New To PE :)
I just wanna Know some basic information to get me started on my PE. Like what routines should I start to start gaining? I’m really aiming for girth I’m kinda happy with my size but it wouldn’t hurt to work on that to. This is kinda confusing I really don’t know nothing about this stuff. All I know is I just want a better looking penis.
So hoping somebody could please help me to get started =/

Newbie Penis Enlargement Routine
The general advice around here is to stay on the newbie routine for three months or so. Don’t try anything intense at first as you could risk serious damage. As you exercise, your penis will toughen and be able to withstand a more intense workout. There are instructional videos on this site if you need a visual demo on how to do these exercises.
So in order for me to start working on my girth. I gotta get use to the newbie routine?

Yeah, don't worry. It did not take me 8 months to get these gains. I was more off than on when it came to PE :O

You will gain both in length and girth on the newbie routine. If you just want to work on girth you may be able to dispense with the stretching and just jelq. There are exercises here also which specifically target girth. Whatever you do give your penis time to adapt.
