So I just had my first ever straight 4 hour session of PE, I thought it was the best yet (in the very short time doing it). I had absolutely NO pain, NO discomfort whatsoever, using my new set up with a “go fit” 30lbs stretch rubber band anchored to furniture and my vacuum stretcher attached just to my glans, I was able to lay in bed and do straight up (over my shoulders), straight out (sitting), over left leg, over right leg (laying perpendicular to the pull).

I REALLY thought this was the best thing ever! I could practically see my penis’ new length and while in the rig I’m certain their was actual gain. So after a full 4 hour session, I got ready and went out for an evening with the family, the whole time my penis felt fuller and indeed it hangs flaccid thicker and longer, noticeably “swollen” thicker .. I thought this was a good thing!

So we get home hours later, and I decide to go into the restroom to measure my gains, to my shock and horror: I LOST a solid 1/2 an inch PLUS the 1/4 inch gain I thought I was cementing! So 3/4 of an inch off last recent measurements or a real 1/2 from my natural all time stats!! (Flaccid erect length pull) so I bust out the porn on my laptop and my erection came slower than usual, it wasn’t a 9 like I was recently having it wasn’t even the 8 I had before PE it was more like a 7 and sure enough the loss is slightly more evident there!! I’m devastated!

What happened?? I feel like I might of over done things and my cock IS swollen so things are temporary shorter .. My initial thought was to rest and recover a few days, but what if my penis heals shorter?? Should I continue hanging through the recovery with less weight? Should I NEVER use a stretch exercise band for PE again? Should I never do straight 4 hour sessions again? (Of course with several breaks in between I’d say 30 min stretches/hangs)

The band is a 30lb resistance but when tethered between furniture and my penis it never gets to that 30lb limit I’d say it was less than a 10lb pull, because I was mixing in actual 10lb hangs and the force felt stronger than the stretch band.

Please help guys I need some input.

That’s a great name for it.

I came across a few other threads mentioning it but haven’t understood what to do. It seems a normal reaction to the “trauma” that my penis recoils (but a full 1/2 inch!! Wow.)

So should I continue stretching as I did or take it slow for now? Would an ADS with little weight work best?

It really depends. I’d say try to heal on an elongated state but depending on the damage elongating it on any level may do more harm than good. One thing is sure though, you need it to heal.

I hate turtling. I have been getting a lot of it and it’s not fun. My dick will shrink so small that it actually gets hard and hurts! :(

How long have you been PE’ing. A 4 hour session seems like an awful if you haven’t at least conditioned for a few months. Don’t hurt yourself.

Not long at all Need3more, PE’ing as a sport about 3 solid weeks or so, but I’ve always gave my tallywhacker good daily tugs, I’m very “intouch” with my body… I’ve not ever felt any pain or discomfort whatsoever, in fact I thought I was having the best hang/stretch ever.

Is turtling and ongoing issue or is this mostly a beginners problem?

I don’t want to heal shorter and have to tear through scar tissue just to recover what I lost, I hope this is the correct strategy.

Lol, 4 hours. I don’t work my legs in the gym that much and are a lot bigger than any dick. Better pace yourself mate before you do some permanent damage.
