I Just Started Edging

I just started edging at the end of my workout and I was wondering if it’s ok to let just a little semen come out. I was on my last minute (I’m starting with 5 mins) and I wanted to push it a little bit so I started jerkin a little faster and then I slowed down very quickly as she was ready to blow out of no where. I fought it hard with my PC but I couldn’t only fight off about 3/4 of the semen. I’m doing it all right as long as I don’t allow the “main blow” right? Oh and yeah I tried to keep myself on the “edge” of splooging for the whole 5 mins.

PS: Also, it’s a little wet with cum around my head (not much at all) after this. Is this normal? Thanks alot.

What are you hoping to get by edging? Just curious.

I heard that it helps with gains. Also good for EQ.

It’s helped me immensely with gains.

This wasn’t always the case.Early into my PE career I did edging along with the newbie routine and would cum everytime I did it and within a day or two my penis just simply collapsed and was as dead as a Dodo. So I cut the edging out until about 3 weeks ago when I decided to start it up and to not ejaculate.This has made a HUGE difference to my gains and penile health!

In that space of time I’ve jump from 7.75” to 8.5” bpel and don’t show any signs of stopping,I’m SUPER horny & my erections are unbelievably hard.

I don’t do very long sessions of edging just 10-15 minutes here and there,sometimes 3 or 4 times a day if times permitting and,like I said before,I NEVER ejaculate after.Infact I have cut my ejaculations down to once or twice a week and this has also contibuted to my recent gains and new found teenage like horniness :)

Are you saying that you gained 3/4 of an inch in the span of 3 weeks?

it sounds like you are talking about how you orgasmed and didn’t ejaculate all the way

i’m pretty sure if your PC muscles contracted and your semens started to come out, you’ve pasted the PONR (point of no return)

next time you need to not get that far, however if you see some pre-cum it’s ok, (stuff coming out but not caused by BC muscle spasm)

Welp that does it. Edging will now be a part of my routine. Hopefully I can discipline myself to not go past the PONR (never tried to jerk off without “finishing” before).

Listen to dcfz, ttmvmatt. You don’t want to go that far if you are trying to edge. What you describe has happened to me a few times while edging and I always consider it a failed session. You never want to blow at all, but pre-cum is ok and normal. You cannot go farther than pre-cum in order to feel the benefits of edging, which are numerous: better erections for better sex AND PE sessions, better healing, better loads. It is a great thing if you can master it and fight of the temptation to blow.

Hah, alright. Oh and it’s funny because I’m only implementing this in my routine because of how I read it effected you and your gains in your thread. :)

And alright. I shall not pass the PONR. I’ve been PEing for 2 months now so I believe my penis can handle 5 mins of edging after the workouts. I’m going to blow all over the place on my rest days though (every 3rd day). Woot woot!

PS: I shouldn’t cool off after edging should I? This always returns me to a more flaccid state and aren’t we trying to keep it filled with blood longer by edging? Thanks.

I too find that edging helps with EQ and beleive that at the very least it helps cements gains. I try to do 15 mins or so at the end of my workout. On other days I try to do 30 mins. For some guys that is too much. For me 45 mins is too much.

As to a little bit of semen — could be precum!

If it is semen I have had a few drops come out now and again without having an orgasm. Especially if I have not ejaculated in a while. I don’t think it is a big deal. It does not effect my erection, It isn’t associated with orgasmic contractions, and I don’t go into an refractory period. It just seems like maybe the “reservoir” is “overfilled” and a few drops get mixed in with the pre-cum and has to come out.

Edging is a great way to finish a session. Try not to come, and don’t forget to let the erection subsibe every 20 minutes or so as this allows you to edge for a long time. I believe edging helped me gain.:)

I hate edging if I don’t have to, after I do it a lot I can no longer get perfect erections and I measure smaller. I usually save it for measuring days.
