I hate edging if I don’t have to, after I do it a lot I can no longer get perfect erections and I measure smaller. I usually save it for measuring days.
i used to have this problem, but what i do now is i often lie on a bed and try that meditation relaxing technique and i feel that the muscle clamping that results from edging goes away after i relax and it’ll be like i didn’t really edge

when you say you edge for 5 mins or 10 mins? do you mean you continously stroke it at a masturbation pace for 5 minutes non-stop? or do you just stroke until right before PONR and then relax and try to stroke again?
cause i think it’d be kinda hard to jerk it for 10mins at fast pace w/o cumming, may be i have some work to do
