i used to have this problem, but what i do now is i often lie on a bed and try that meditation relaxing technique and i feel that the muscle clamping that results from edging goes away after i relax and it’ll be like i didn’t really edge

when you say you edge for 5 mins or 10 mins? do you mean you continously stroke it at a masturbation pace for 5 minutes non-stop? or do you just stroke until right before PONR and then relax and try to stroke again?

It seems to be great for some guys and too much for others. Like I say 30 mins is great for me. On the other hand if I go 45 minutes straight, then I am like you bluray,and get negative PI’s.

You know that is kind of interesting. I was cleaning out the basement one Sunday not too long ago. Everytime I got bored, I would stop and work up an erection and edge for 10 or 20 minutes. Question about edging.. I’m having a controversy, can you use your hand to keep yourself stimulated? Or is that what supposedly hinders your gains?

Is using your hand to keep you stimulated kind of pushing the cells back closer to eachother, or is it the fact of ejaculation stops blood flow to the penis.

For me it’s really hard to edge for along time without using some physical stimulation, but with it I can go for along time.

Well I don’t think I experience it that long, I get the feeling I am about to cum and then it comes out and that is it. There is not continual feeling for me. It is straight up then straight down. I am by no means an expert, but it seems my orgasms have gotten much longer lasting and more intense ever since I started with pe, kegels, and edging. I think the stronger your muscles and the more you make it build up the better it will be.

I’m not sure I’m getting your question, kiwboo; the point in edging is, basically, to try to go as near the ‘not-return’ point (where you can’t stop cumming) as you can, without touching that point. So, if you are near that point, you should stop masturbation and do a strong Kegel’ to avoid cumming.

BTW, I think edging stresses your nervous system without giving so much benefits; maybe it can help if one has precocity ejaculation, but I’m not sure the scientific literature has confirmed this hypothesis with enough evidence.

Kiwbo009, this is what I do, whenever I feel that I’m about to cum I just stop all kinds of stimulation and just relax my body (including the muscles as you have said) until the feeling subsides then I will jack off again. But one time, I got too late and I think I’ve already passed the ‘point of no return’ phase as I already started having pc contractions so what I did was to clench my PC muscle as tight as I could to prevent the orgasm. Alot of cum already came out but surprisingly I did not lose my erection and I still felt aroused after the orgasm so I continued jacking off until my last orgasm. One more thing I noticed is that, since I did edging I started having dry orgasms which feel really really good. It’s like having small orgasms in a row then a big one in the end. Really mind-blowing I should say.
