Well if you pumped every day at a safe level like 3-5hg you can keep the skin and circulation going.

So over time your penis might regain some flacid length back.
And if you keep going at PE your penis will get bigger anyway so the Adderal won’t matter because you will get some extra length to combat the Adderal.

What about the fluid. I mean it goes away in like an hour or so but whats the long term effects of it? I am glad to hear other people have gained and still take adderall.that shit changed my life.I would be a mess without it. I don’t think there any long term negative effects of lymph fluid build up. (Not 100% on that)

Sometimes just changing routines is enough to see some gains. Have you tried dry jelquing? Also for that fluid build up: try rolling your dick between your palms after clamping, or whatever gives you fluid build up. This is called the “firegoat” roll. You just roll until the color evens out and the fluid goes away.

I guess it’s fair to give up after such a long time. If it doesn’t work for you, then it just does not.

If you get fluid build up regularly it means you re going at it too hard. . And for some strange reason if you overdo things your dick turtles and you don’t make gains..

Try a much reduced tension routine. It may help
