It’s been about 3 months since I’ve PEed but I came here tonight looking for some inspiration to maybe start again. In 6-8 months, I can honestly say I saw no results and no gains. I’m not looking for 2” in a month or anything but something would have been nice. My other reason for quitting was fluid build up after every session. I was getting nervous. Maybe I was going to hard.I dunno, but some of these routines look a lot harder than what I was doing.

My other thoughts are this. I also take adderal every day and drink one to maybe two cups of coffee a day. Adderal has definite effects on libido and I hear caffeine isn’t that good either. Has anyone else ever heard of anything like this. I am considering going on herbal things for ADD and quitting the adderal so this is another reason to give PE another shot.

What have you done in the 6-8 month’s? what was your routine??

Was it newbie routine only? Or something else?

I couldn’t get anything from newbie routine until I started using ADS.

Some people just don’t PE very well. I haven’t gained anything permanently for a VERY long time. Temporary gains can be fun! Don’t worry about the permanent gains.

PE for length: so her heart stops when she sees it. PE for girth: to get her heart started again!

Fluid buildup sounds like you’re going too hard. Ease up on your routine and see if you gain anything.

Yeah post your routine. Every ones different, I never saw any gains until I jelqed 6 days on 1 day off and I hang everyday. Id change things up and stick to it for 2 months to see what happens?
So if you’d been doing 5 days on 2 off, change it to 6 days on 1 day off or 2 days on 1 day off.

In bodybuilding myself and others find that the routine needs to be changed every so often or results stop. Even something simple like changing my BB shoulder press to a DB shoulder press, it does make a difference.

What was your erection quality like during your routine(s)?

My routine:

5 min warm up with heating pad
Maybe another 5 minutes manual stretches
Then like 20 to 30 minutes of wet jelq (85 to 95% erect)
I preferred the inverse grip.”the ok” grip because you can get closer to the base.
Then if it wasn’t too bad by then with the fluid, I would clamp for maybe two 8 minute sessions
Then maybe another 5 minutes of kegels and reverse kegels.which I loved btw
Then usually went and took a hot shower for post workout

I’m like the dreaded 6.2 bp erect and 5 midshaft girth. I really need base girth thats why I started the clamping. What I would give for the almighty 8x6.

If manuals are not working for you try buying a ADS. All Day Stretcher.
(A special contraption you wear on your penis to stretch it)

And if you did that routine every day I am not surprised because you haven’t got any healing time.
Healing time is important. Do that routine one day on one day off and I’m sure it will make a huge difference.

Every time I take adderal it lowers my EQ and shrinks my flaccid by at least 50%. If you can safely find an alternative to adderal with your doctors help I would say go for it and you will probably see a much better flaccid hang within a week. It also looks like your routine is pretty heavy, if you can get off of adderal try taking a week or two off from PE and then start the newbie routine. Just my $0.02

Maybe if you have to keep taking Adderal why not try hanging?

That would be beneficial for length and for keeping you penis at a healthy flacid length.
