My last attempt at PE Started about this time last year, and went on for about nine months. After nine months I had reached a plateau and decided perhaps taking a deconditioning break would help me push past this recent plateau. I took a one month break and started up again, ramping it up slowly over a two week period, however during the second week I sustained a substantial injury to my right hand and was out of commission for about another month. When I started back up my hand still hurt and I just couldn’t muster up the will power to dedicate one hour a day to something that wasn’t yielding results.
As for the last two months I have been taking more of a maintenance approach to PE, stretching for a few minutes most days and trying to get in some girth work whenever I can. My stretching includes:

“Mandingo” stretches using either one or two fingers as the fulcrum.
JAI stretches, usually one or two sets of 20.
and stretches where I pull my penis back between my legs with my hands behind my back.

For girth I usually clamp or jelq for 20 minutes.

I have been measuring once in a while to make sure I’m not loosing too much length or girth and to my surprise I’ve actually gained! When I stopped full time PE I was 7.5 BPEL, and 5.5 EG, and I just finished measuring I am 7.75 BPEL, and slightly less than 5.5 EG! I can understand why my girth has gotten slightly smaller, but I was very shocked about the .25 in length. I guess this is a typical case of less is more, just thought I would share.

You grew despite the injury. Sometimes dick size fluctuates especially girth. I would not give up, but do PE for penis health reasons. I think for most less works better.

Do some PE during your language lessons. 2 birds with one stone mate!

Consider looking into the online phrase based language community. The phrase based approach has a lot to recommend it as it is modeled on how children learn languages. If you have speakers, a microphone, and a high speed connection you can interact with others online. Short of full time language immersion this is your best and fastest way to learn.

I used to have links but no more. A quick Google returned much less that I expected; perhaps they are calling it something different now?

It used to be much easier to get people to help you if you were already bi/multi-lingual. If you have English and French and wish to add Korean hunt for a Korean speaker that has English and wishes to work on French. Do you see? You each have something to offer the other.

Assuming that you have privacy I would strongly recommend taking up hanging as well. You can multitask and work on your new language for a few hours a day while hanging weights off of your wang at the same time.


Running a Massive Co-Front.

I’m bringing my workout times down to minimum at the moment in an attempt to prove to myself, and others, that less is actually more.

I hope to make progress on a routine consisting of no more than a warm up, jelqs and occasional stretches. Basically the newbie routine. I think this could work well if there is enough focus in the time that you’re working out and making each stroke or held stretch count.

Quality over quantity and all that.

It’s because of the deconditioning break then stretching which caused length. Most length gains do come from stretching, whether it be hanging, jelqing downwards without much of an erection but your stretches would of attributed to the length gains.

Thanks iamaru, I’ve never heard of that sort of thing, but I could see how it would be really helpful in the later stages of my learning, right now I’m working on Rosetta Stone, I’m doing Spanish 1 and 2, and so far I really like it. It does a good job of getting you to think in that language, and in doing so you memorize the vocabulary without studying a list of translations. Once I get some what of a decent vocab I’m going to do some searches for what you were talking about, thanks!
