I give up
My last attempt at PE Started about this time last year, and went on for about nine months. After nine months I had reached a plateau and decided perhaps taking a deconditioning break would help me push past this recent plateau. I took a one month break and started up again, ramping it up slowly over a two week period, however during the second week I sustained a substantial injury to my right hand and was out of commission for about another month. When I started back up my hand still hurt and I just couldn’t muster up the will power to dedicate one hour a day to something that wasn’t yielding results.
As for the last two months I have been taking more of a maintenance approach to PE, stretching for a few minutes most days and trying to get in some girth work whenever I can. My stretching includes:
“Mandingo” stretches using either one or two fingers as the fulcrum.
JAI stretches, usually one or two sets of 20.
and stretches where I pull my penis back between my legs with my hands behind my back.
For girth I usually clamp or jelq for 20 minutes.
I have been measuring once in a while to make sure I’m not loosing too much length or girth and to my surprise I’ve actually gained! When I stopped full time PE I was 7.5 BPEL, and 5.5 EG, and I just finished measuring I am 7.75 BPEL, and slightly less than 5.5 EG! I can understand why my girth has gotten slightly smaller, but I was very shocked about the .25 in length. I guess this is a typical case of less is more, just thought I would share.
