Early this year I started P.e and in an unrelated bizarre sex accident I cut my frenulum deeply in the centre(on a strange sharp object I found in my partners pussy?). I was unable to exercise enough restraint to allow my wound to heal before practising more sex, I was left with a largely scarred frenulum(F**k).
3-4 months later I began P.eing again, with a stretching devise, I made good gains in about a week gain about half an inch(wearing it all night and all day), however I had to tie a fairly tight loop around my penis which I now know=Bad! Wake up
Have an orgasm
Get in shower
Make it hot
Bath dick in water
Pull on dick in 8 different directions
10 secs each
Repeat x 3
This routine seem ok to everyone?
I Will being using a chemical p.e routine that makes collagen more mouldable, until then..
I thought it best to have an orgasm before doing p.e as it relaxes the penile tissues.
Is this good or bad?
