Early this year I started P.e and in an unrelated bizarre sex accident I cut my frenulum deeply in the centre(on a strange sharp object I found in my partners pussy?). I was unable to exercise enough restraint to allow my wound to heal before practising more sex, I was left with a largely scarred frenulum(F**k).
3-4 months later I began P.eing again, with a stretching devise, I made good gains in about a week gain about half an inch(wearing it all night and all day), however I had to tie a fairly tight loop around my penis which I now know=Bad! I learned this the hard way as I suffered a 50% decrease in head glands size and some lose of function at time(F**k).
Now I begin my P.e journey for real with a nice safe manual routine as follow:
Wake up

Get in shower
Make it hot
Bath dick in water
Pull on dick in 8 different directions
10 secs each
Repeat x 3

This routine seem ok to everyone?

I Will being using a chemical p.e routine that makes collagen more mouldable, until then..
I thought it best to have an orgasm before doing p.e as it relaxes the penile tissues.

Is this good or bad?

Anything else up with my routine?

Your routine looks ok but you should add some jelqing or just follow the newbie routine. Having an orgasm before PE is usually bad because it makes it harder to maintain the percentage of erection that you want but since you don’t do any jelqing this really wouldn’t apply.

Do the newbie routine and don’t orgasm before PE do it after. That’s my advice.

I think that you really can’t hope to gain anything by a few minutes streching in the shower.

If you can gain that way,you are the luckiest motherfucker on this earth.

If I were you,I would do the newbie routine.

I spend up 15 mins in the shower when P.e ing. I believe the idea of manual is to give quick shock stresses to the collagen which your penis must then repair until the next session. I could mix girth in but I thought that would slow length gains?
I will try hanging and clamping once gains become harder to attain and I’m going to be using various drugs in my chemical P.E efforts.

And whats such much talk about collagen?
(There is excessive amount of collagen in hair and bone, but less in connective tissue, if I remember correct from my biochem. Classes)

CORRECTION
"Collagen has evolved to provide strength. Is found in connective tissue such as tendons, cartilage, the organic matrix of bone, and the cornea of the eye.”

IT was alfa-kreatins that is found in hair and bones.
