Hello t-place,I am doing PE exercises for 2 weeks and every time I do it my penis shrinks after it, I tried to change volume of exercises pull less anything, but still same, shrinks as usual. Penis never stays kinda fluffy and a bit extended as it should be, just shrink at mini state, I am warming up for 5 min,5x30sec every directions stretch, then 150 3 sec jelqs and kegels then cooldown. Does anyone have some advice, or anything because I am starting to be a bit desperate. Thanks in advance :)

Very typical of new PE routines. Stay consistent and don’t over do it. You’ll see it change in a bit.

Try edging for 10-15 minutes afterwards.

Put on a cockring for 10 minutes after. Or put it in hot water

Pull softly on it often after your routine(on the toilete for example).

You could find the exact point where it happens in doing much less and increase slowly time and intensity.(It wont happen after one 30 sec stretch I suppose?)

Your dick right now is a bit shocked about what you do ;) . You might also need some more weeks until it gets used to it.

You can try a wrap(without hindering blood circualtion) to avoid turtling.
You can also think about an extender.

You might search the forum for it too(turtling) as it is a quiet common problem.

Cut on volume and intensity and build up week after week. Don’t worry about not doing enough, doing less than optimal is better than doing more.

And don’t jelq with a death grip. Technique over force might help you.

To marinera, I did 3 sessions with 50 jelqs and 3 minute of stretch, same happened,that’s why I am asking here. And I am using c grip or with two hands grip.

so do 10 jelqs and 1 minute.

Try the linear newbie routine to slowly build up the volume and condition your unit?

You have no reason to be desperate. If you are having erection problems then I would back it off a little but you are just talking about flaccid hang and a little turtling.

As far as I am aware turtling is not harmful. Only one person that I know of was pushing the theory that you need to show gain and no loss after each session. Mind you his primary gains came from hanging which causes turtling for many people. So his own theory didn’t seem to apply with the actual truth of his own history.
