I have been reading alot of posts from this site for quite some time now. I have been doing PE on and off for the last year and am now getting pretty serious with it and I would like your help on finding an effective routine for me because to b honest some of the things I read on here don’t make sence sometimes, so any help would be greatly appreciated and if you have any questions for me feel free to ask and I will answer them.
So here is what I’m doing right now, I’m trying to keep it around 10 minutes because I don’t have that much privacy right now but by keeping it short I can do it while I’m in the bathroom.
I stretch my dick straight out for 10 seconds, up for 10 seconds and than I rotate it around in a circle (like a clock) twice and repeat this process 8 times. Than I do a V stretch followed by an A stretch and repeat that 8 times. Than I end with pulling my dick straight out in front of me as hard as I can for 10 seconds.
I do this routine at least 3 times a day. And I try to do it every hour that I can, and when I know I won’t be able to stretch for awhile, ill put on my ads.
I’m only looking for length gains right now. And my LOT is 830 and by the time I get to 6 there is no tugback.
