Well, aside from laughing myself silly at some of your language errors, I think I may be able to help.
I recently had a very similar injury!
Firstly, take a month off. I know its hard, and bla bla bla, but just do it. Let that shit heal. My doc said that the high pressure inside of the head of my penis caused a rupture in the wall of the urethra, which is where the blood came from. If you do not let it heal fully, this will continue to happen more frequently and the injury will become worse and worse.
Second, NEVER EVER grip on the head of your dick. Learn how to grip correctly so that you are on top of the foreskin and so that the weight of the stretch is going into the bundle that connects the head to the shaft and urethra. Always squeeze the blood from your head before you stretch, and never do full erection Jelq’s, these things cause high internal pressure and will re open the wound.
Third, after your month of healing is done, start slow and easy and work your way up in intensity paying close attention to your body, and always do a good hot warm up for a minimum of 5 minutes before you PE.
