How to stretch an uncut by not injuring myself? I’ve been stretching for about a month. I used to be pulling the forehead with the skin together, but suddenly I was thinking of improving a bit. So I only pull the head by ignoring the foreskin. Suddenly I injured myself and blood comes out from my penis.:(

So please somebody could help me with this problem.I think I’d better take a 3 days of recovering.not doing any PE at this stage.

I think most uncut will stretch by pulling back the foreskin and grabbing just below the glans to stretch. Try not to squeeze your glans like that anymore. I may take a little bit longer than 3 days to heal so be careful.

Well, aside from laughing myself silly at some of your language errors, I think I may be able to help.

I recently had a very similar injury!

Firstly, take a month off. I know its hard, and bla bla bla, but just do it. Let that shit heal. My doc said that the high pressure inside of the head of my penis caused a rupture in the wall of the urethra, which is where the blood came from. If you do not let it heal fully, this will continue to happen more frequently and the injury will become worse and worse.

Second, NEVER EVER grip on the head of your dick. Learn how to grip correctly so that you are on top of the foreskin and so that the weight of the stretch is going into the bundle that connects the head to the shaft and urethra. Always squeeze the blood from your head before you stretch, and never do full erection Jelq’s, these things cause high internal pressure and will re open the wound.

Third, after your month of healing is done, start slow and easy and work your way up in intensity paying close attention to your body, and always do a good hot warm up for a minimum of 5 minutes before you PE.

I wonder if these long posts that I do actually help anyone or if they are doomed to obscurity.

Sorry for my silly English coz I am not a native speaker of English anyway.

What I have found out is that I over-stretch my frenulum of prepuce.So I could see a tiny wound on it may have been the cause where the blood comes from. It’s no longer bleeding but I did have this kind of injury long time ago. I just wonder did you just mean that I should always stretch the glans on the top of foreskin?

Another question if you don’t mind me asking as if I was going to take a month off, do you think all my efforts of PE from the last month would just fade away?

You should HOPE they fade away! I’m talking about the injury of course.

You need to take some time off and let your unit heal. Simple as that. Do not worry about losing any gains. Getting better should be your only concern.

And when you do get back into it, for the love of dick take it slow!
