How to keep yourself motivated to do PE ?
I been doing PE for almost 2 months I love the results but there is always that part of me that is lazy and don’t want to do it .how to keep myself motivated is the question :) ?At the beginning I was so into PE I was looking everything online diet’s exercises boosting testorone and stuff like this but as time goes I been really lazy about it I got distracted so easy and I ask the og’s how to keep doing it and not be lazy about it ? :)
