How to keep yourself motivated to do PE ?

I been doing PE for almost 2 months I love the results but there is always that part of me that is lazy and don’t want to do it .how to keep myself motivated is the question :) ?At the beginning I was so into PE I was looking everything online diet’s exercises boosting testorone and stuff like this but as time goes I been really lazy about it I got distracted so easy and I ask the og’s how to keep doing it and not be lazy about it ? :)

Well if your getting the results you want then that should be motivation enough I can’t see any other way

I feel like it’s because I had a very poor died the last 2 month’s that made me lazy and kinda depressed

Diet will absolutely do that I know firsthand. But again if the results don’t make you want this then I don’t what will.

I love the results but it’s just the diet I feel like
