For the past two days, I have been trying to approach jelqing a little differently. I used to jelq about 100-150 times and basically did this for for months with great gains. But I was only using 1-3 sec strokes and about 40 percent erection level. But since I have matured and my penis has adapted, I tried something new! This time I jelq about 50 times from very low level erection while kegeling to get a good semi. Then about 60 percent erection level I start jelqing, this is the maximum level that I can jelq without my penis being hard, at this level it is still flexible but very full.( maybe even bigger girth than my mseg, but I will have to measure). I use 5 sec strokes and a lighter grip starting all the way at the base( I have to hold my balls so I don’t get that turkey neck action) I jelq and count, each time I reach an interval of 10( 10, 20, 30 etc) I will hold the jelq and the tip for 20 secs and then helicopter ma schlong to get the blood flowing again.
I do around 200 of these and by the end my penis is blood red and a hour after the workout is still 5.5 x ?( still have to measure girth flaccid) And even the next day my flaccid is alot spongier and full. I believe that after the newbie routine you should experiment with how hard you grip your penis( main cause of turtling after stretching to much) and the duration of each stroke, FOCUS ON THE EXPANSION! Your penis should be blood red and the end. And if you want you can edge after the jelq session but again careful how hard you grip that thing , after that good workout you don’t want it to turtle because you got to happy after words do you? What do you mean by this? Are you saying you are holding one hand toward the gland and one hand gripped at the base for 20 seconds? Also, what kind of jelq are you using? Ok grip, over hand ok grip, c grip?
Sorry for the confusion man. So I jelq 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10./ once I reach a number with a zero at the end (10,20,30) etc I hold the jelq at the end so the tip stays very engorged( so basically every tenth one)I know I explained that weird I am sorry. As for the type of jelq, I hold my balls to be able to start and the very base of the penis and avoid a “turkey neck” and I jelq with a over hand grip switching hands each interval of 20. If you need more explanation or help I would be glad to answer and questions you have.
It is interesting for me to know how you do that? I have alot of foreskin so this ball gripping sounds intriguing. How do you do that? Left hand, grip balls, right hand, grip at penis base. Jelq. Release Right hand at glance? Switch hands at balls so now right hand grip balls. Left hand grip penis base, jelq. Is that what you do? / Soulmedeep
Yeah basically, because if I don’t my balls move up and I’m afraid to have that turkey neck. Left hand balls pull(not hard just ot get tension to keep skin from sliding) and then I can get farther into base of penis and jelq with my right hand. But I switch every 20 to keep me from curving my penis some how by only using one hand which I may without knowing it jelq with a curve or something.

It is quite interesting the way you are jelquing. This is what I do…. I work under the shower because privacy so you can imagine how difficult it is when my balls fall down as a consequence of the hot water. I do not want to have the turtle effect.
I need to improve my technique, so recently I have added a ring to the base of the penis and it gives me more volumen, erection and veins. I can feel the body ofy penis in its Max expression. However I got a very strong erection pretty soon.
I am going to work on this and I migth be will be jelquing setting on my couch.
