How to buy an ADS What type of 'leg strap'
So I’ve been conditioning my penis for the past 2 1\2 months and I think in another months or two I’ll be ready to move on and buy an ADS to add to my manual stretches.

Also I know that ADS don’t work unless you have a leg strap. I was wondering what this "leg strap" is and where do I get one. I remember that somewhere someone on this website said a belt can work as a leg strap but I just can’t wrap my mind around how it’d work.
